Interior Drainage Systems: Keep Your Basement Dry from the Inside
Interior drainage systems are installed along the perimeter of your basement floor to capture water before it reaches the living space and direct it to a sump pump for removal.

Interior drainage is the most common and cost-effective approach to basement waterproofing. A channel is cut into the concrete floor along the perimeter walls, and a perforated drainage pipe is installed in a bed of washed gravel. Water that seeps through the walls or rises through the floor is captured by this drain and directed to a sump pit where a pump removes it from your home.
This approach works with the water rather than against it. Instead of trying to seal a porous concrete wall from the inside (which rarely works long-term), interior drainage manages the water efficiently and reliably.
Our systems are designed specifically for Colorado soil and water conditions. We use commercial-grade pipe, heavy-duty sump pumps with battery backup, and proper slope to ensure water flows to the pump consistently.
