Foundation Professionals of Colorado was founded on a simple premise: Colorado homeowners deserve straight answers and the freedom to make their own informed repair decisions.
We are led by partners with deep experience in both designing and installing foundation repair solutions. We are fully licensed and insured. Our approach is simple: educate first, sell second. Every homeowner who works with us leaves their consultation more informed than when they arrived, whether they hire us or not.
Chad Miller, Principal
Chad Miller is a third-generation contractor raised in West Texas with strong family values. A graduate of Texas Tech University (third generation), Chad began his career as a property adjuster for State Farm specializing in foundation claims, a role that required both his engineering-adjacent degree and the hands-on contracting experience he developed while running a business through college.
When his third child arrived, Chad knew it was time to grow. He moved into general contracting in Houston, building a successful run before the mountains called. He relocated his family to Colorado Springs in 2004. Later, he joined a large foundation repair company as a sales supervisor, which reignited his passion for the work. When the opportunity to build his own firm emerged, he jumped.
